Russell von Frank II

Russ is a graduate of Maritime College in the Bronx, serving as Third Officer for the Interlake Steamship Company on the Great Lakes for several years, and a Lieutenant in the US Naval Reserve.

After leaving the maritime industry, Russ owned and operated the family insurance agency started by his grandfather for twenty five years. During this time he achieved his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1984, the Certified Professional Insurance Agent in 1986, and his MBA in 2007. He currently holds the Property & Casualty, Life & Health and Excess & Surplus Lines insurance licenses. Russ joined EIFS in March of 2006 as Managing Director when he merged his firm into the company.

Russ has also been a professional Group Chair with Vistage International, the world’s largest CEO membership organization, dedicated to creating Better Leaders, Better Decisions and Better Results.

Russ has served on numerous Not for Profit Boards, is a past president of the Hempstead-Uniondale Rotary Club, and currently a member of the Sayville Rotary Club.

Russ lives with his wife Lisa and daughter Samm in Nissequogue, LI. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, being on his boat, riding his motorcycle and just being with friends.
